DUTIES

The Communications Executive assists in the development, coordination and execution of all communications activities under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Marketing Communications and in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures and corporate guidelines. He/she promotes and maintains quality, innovative and effective communications in order to enhance the image of the prestigious Shangri-La brand, and raise awareness and engagement amongst targeted audiences as defined in the hotel’s and group’s strategic marketing and communications plan.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Mass Communications or in the same capacity
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in Communications/Marketing fields
• Preferably excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Preferably excellent Public and Media Relations
• Preferably well-versed in Digital Marketing
• Preferably with strong leadership skills
• Well-travelled
• Self-starter
• Team player
• Positive role model
