We are hiring for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, we rely on you to:
- Setthe overall digital marketing strategy for each of the hotels, ensuring that digital marketing objectives are aligned to each of the hotel's business objectives.
- Be responsiblefor identifying new market opportunities and developing potential new markets.
- Focus on increasing market share in specific segments, enhanced brand positioning - specifically for resorts, in-depth market trends, enhanced competitor analysis and implementing strategies to leverage trends, researching consumer insights whilst developing data-led strategies based on insights.
- Be responsible for the onboarding, training, annual reviews and daily management of the new hires
We are looking for someone who:
- Has adegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or a similar field.
- Has in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Has strong understanding of web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, to track and analyze digital marketing performance.
- Is proficient in utilising digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Has experience in managing and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve desired outcomes and ROI.
- Is excellent inanalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Has creative mindset with the ability to recommend persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Has strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Is up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Has ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility in decision-making.
- Has strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Is proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and achieving marketing objectives.
