QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills –

1, Proven experience as Internal Control manager, Compliance Manager or Audit Manager in hospitality industry or catering chain industry.

2, In-depth knowledge and independent thinking of hospitality industry’s standards and procedures.

3, An analytical mind and quick learning abilities to explore the complexities of policies and procedures.

4, Logical, methodical, diligent, prudent with outstanding investigating and reporting abilities.

5, Excellent communication skills with management and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications –

6, 8+ years of experience in Finance / Internal Control / Compliance / Internal Audit functions.

7, Job experience in Hotel Finance Control areas is a plus.

8, Big 4 Experience is a plus.

9, Certificate Internal Audit (CIA) is a plus.

10, Professional in spoken and written English.
