Shangri-La Circle loyalty program is looking for a dynamic and passionate person who will drive marketing campaigns and ongoing communications to drive loyalty programme for the company.As part of the Global Loyalty Marketing team, this role will be responsible to support various membership marketing initiatives and drive effective member engagement through ongoing communications that will deliver customer lifetime value and long-term profitability of the group.Based at our Global Headquarters, this role will report to Assistant Vice President, SLC (Rewards Marketing).

As our Senior Manager, Shangri-La Circle (Rewards Marketing), we will rely on you to:

  • Drive enrollment, activation, retention and member revenue through different marketing initiatives, including brand campaign, tactical promotion, lifecycle communications etc.
  • Oversee all member communications, from strategy, content development to reporting, for ongoing communications (e.g. estatement)
  • Lead and develop marketing exposure on hotel level (e.g. marketing collaterals)
  • Collaborate with regional teams and business stakeholders to implement marketing communication activities and strategies.
  • Manage the global marketing budget planning and implement shared metrics for accountability
  • Manage external agencies to produce quality work in supporting program marketing objectives
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors


We are looking for someone who has/ is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Communications / Marketing / Digital Marketing
  • 8+ years marketing experience.Experience with loyalty marketing with track record of success in customer engagement Tech-savvy and fast-learner
  • Demonstrated ability to define success metrics for both awareness and tactical initiatives
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in English is a must. Mandarin speaker with strong writing skills is a bonus
  • Strong communication skill with ability to influence stakeholders and confidence to present to senior leadership
