As a Service Leader- Jiangnan Wok · Rong Kitchen, we rely on you to

作为一名江南灶·融府厨房服务主管，您的主要工作职责为：

1. Checking of tables in the dining room and banquet department. Responsible for proper timing during service to ensure that guests are always served food of the finest quality;
2.Supervise and thoroughly implement portion control based on ingredient cards and portioning tests to minimize waste and damage;
3.To pay constant attention to the freshness, appearance and temperature of the food served to guests; to ensure that the work area, workstations, and utensils such as carving boards, slicers, blenders, mixers, knives, frying pans, kettles, pans, etc. are clean and sanitized in compliance with the Shangri-La Food Safety Management System.
4.Constantly attend to the freshness, appearance and temperature of food served to guests.

1.检查餐厅和宴会部的摆台情况。负责服务当中的正确时间，确保总是为客人提供质量最优秀的食品；
2.监督并彻底实施依据配料卡和分肉实验而建立的分量控制，使浪费和损坏最小化；
3.经常关注为客人所提供的食品的新鲜度，外观和温度；确保工作区域，工作台，以及雕刻板，切片机，搅拌器，混合器，刀具，炒锅，水壶，平底锅等工作用具的清洁卫生，符合香格里拉食品安全管理系统的规定。
