招聘岗位：培训主管

岗位职责：

- 协助培训总监在酒店实施培训活动以支持酒店的经营目标及持续的管理目标。
- 保留并更新培训数据和资料。做培训并协助其他员工进行培训。
- 协助培训总监制定周/月培训计划，及准备月度培训报告。
- 熟悉酒店的所有标准运作程序和规章制度，协助部门培训员计划和实施在职培训。
- 协助培训总监搜集适合于酒店员工的培训资料，并负责采购或印刷。

岗位要求：

- 具备2年以上国际五星级同等岗位工作经验
- 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力
- 能适应多元化的环境
- 良好的电脑操作技能
- 有责任感，专业的工作态度

We are looking for a Service Leader - Training

As a Service Leader - Training, we rely on you to

- Assist Director of Learning & Development to implement the training function to support corporation’s business objectives and management continuity goals.
- Keep and track training data.- Present training and assist other associates with conducting training.
- Assist the Director of Learning & Development in the preparation of weekly and monthly training schedules and monthly training report.
- Be familiar with all the SOP and P&P of hotel and assists departmental trainers to plan and conduct on-the-job training.
- Assist the Director of Learning & Development in sourcing for training materials appropriate to the hotel associates and responsible for purchasing or having materials printed.

We are looking for someone who :

- Minimum of 2 year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position
- Oral and written fluency in English
- At ease in a multi-cultural environment
- Good computer skills irrelevant working system
- Commitment to professional values
