As aService Leader - Training,we rely on you to:

作为宾客服务主管 - 培训，我们希望您承担以下职责：

• Discussion with training manager to identify performance gap between desired results and actual employees’ performance.
• Discussion with training manager on the training needs of the hotel.
• Identify the suitable sister hotel that will be able to provide the required training for the employee
• Develop and review policies, procedures, forms and format relating to training
• Development and Management of Employee Succession Plan

• 与培训经理探讨员工实际操作与期望值之间的距离。
• 培训经理探讨与之对应的培训需求。
• 确认可以为员工提供所需培训的姐妹饭店
• 改进和审查与培训有关的方针，步骤，形式和公式
• 安排并管理员工的接班人计划

We are looking for someone who has:

候选人应具备以下能力：

• Has good organizational skills
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Has good logic.
• Competent in use of Word, Excel and Power point.

• 具有良好的组织能力
• 乐于与人沟通交流
• 良好的逻辑思维能力
• 熟练使用办公应用软件
