Would you like to spend your winter in Lapland, surrounded by snowy landscapes, enchanted by the Northern Lights, visiting Santa Claus, skiing in your free time, and enjoying a truly international atmosphere?
We are looking for professional WAITERS / WAITRESSES to work in high-quality restaurants within well-known hotel chains and ski resorts across Lapland, Northern Finland. If you thrive in both buffet and à la carte service and take pride in delivering exceptional quality and memorable guest experiences, you could be exactly who we’re searching for and we’d love to hear from you!
We are recruiting for the Christmas season and for the whole Winter season 2026-2027:
- Christmas season is appr. 1st Dec 2026 - 3rd Jan 2027
- Winter season starts in mid-November 2026 and ends in March 2027
You can choose which one you prefer: a shorter period during Christmas holiday, or the whole winter in a winter wonderland, Lapland.

- Salary is according to collective agreement, between 2,179€ - 2,392€/month for full-time work
- Accommodation is located nearby and costs around 200-400 €/month/bed/per person. Accommodations are for employees only.
- Beautiful Finnish nature and a chance to enjoy winter activities in scenic Lapland. During winter time, for example, northern lights, skiing, huskies, snowshoeing, slalom... You will receive info from us on how to arrive and work in Finland and how to make the best of your time here.

- EU-citizenship/passport or valid working permit to Finland.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the sector.
- Ability to work independently and under the pressure.
- A positive attitude and good skills in a customer service.
