Concierge (Full-Time)

Tenuta di Murlo is a private family-owned estate in the Umbrian hills, home to nine luxury villas welcoming guests from all over the world.
We are looking for a full-time Concierge to join our team. You will be the point of reference for our guests: planning their stays, welcoming them on arrival, and making sure every detail of their time at Murlo is taken care of.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate guests' stays before and during their visit
- Welcome guests on arrival and act as their main point of reference
- Assist guests with requests and help make sure every detail of their stay is taken care of
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide warm, attentive service throughout their stay
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
- Living close to Tenuta di Murlo in Umbria, or willing to relocate nearby - ideally within a 20-minute drive of La Bruna
- Your own car, as the estate is in the countryside
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, as is customary in tourism
- A genuine talent for hospitality: planning stays, welcoming guests, and anticipating their needs
