The Merrion Hotel has partnered with Flow Hospitality Training to provide a bespoke learning management system for all of our team members. The Merrion is the first hotel in Ireland to provide accredited and tailor made training via Flow Hospitality Training.

The Role
We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:
* Preparing and presenting Amenities in guest bedrooms per hotel standards.
* Clearing & polishing procedures along daily AM / PM shift prep checklist to follow per hotel standards.
* Transportation of food and service of food to guest per LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
* Micros Knowledge (able to put through orders & all understands Micros procedures).
* Should be able to set up Room Service Trolleys & Trays for Room Service orders.

Your enthusiasm will be infectious and will instil confidence in the services offered. Shift work & flexibility are required in this full-time position.
