You are the driving force behind our B2B partnerships in Italy. As Business Development Manager, you build strong relationships with companies, universities and institutions that need more than just a place to stay. You open doors, spot opportunities and turn conversations into long-term agreements that fuel our Hotel Stay and Extended Stay business.


From Rome to Florence to Bologna, you grow a powerful network of partners who see The Social Hub as their go-to destination. You know how to combine big-picture thinking with hands-on sales energy. One moment you are negotiating a contract, the next you are mapping out the next industry to conquer.

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.


What You’ll Do



  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of corporate and education partnerships across Italy.



  • Identify new business opportunities and open doors with companies, universities and institutions.



  • Negotiate and close long-term agreements that generate sustainable revenue.



  • Activate new partnerships and turn signed contracts into real production and room nights.



  • Grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upsell opportunities and smart expansion.



  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Distribution to keep pricing and contracts aligned.



  • Track pipeline performance and forecasts in Salesforce and keep a clear view of upcoming opportunities.



  • Work closely with Account Managers, the Regional Commercial Manager and hub teams to bring partnerships to life.


What You’ll Have



  • You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships or business development, ideally in hospitality, travel or a related sector.



  • You have strong negotiation skills and enjoy building lasting professional relationships.



  • You bring a commercial mindset and feel comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.



  • You are proactive, organised and confident managing your own national pipeline.



  • You have experience with corporate travel, mobility or education partners, which is a plus.



  • You speak fluent Italian and English.



  • You are based in Rome and happy to travel regularly across Italy.
