Day to Day:
- Take the lead in crafting seasonal, locally inspired menus and make use of our fresh local produce.
- Manage and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Work closely with the management team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers and champion sustainability.
About You:
- Proven experience as a chef in a high-quality establishment.
- A passion for creating delicious, seasonal dishes.
- Leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
- Excellent communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management.
- Food Safety Level 3 Certification (or willingness to complete a course provided by us )
- A creative mindset and a genuine love for hospitality.
