Restaurants Manager

TrendAxis Group of Companies is seeking a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations across our Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced F&B environments and has a proven ability to grow revenue, elevate guest experiences, and build winning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed revenue targets

• Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and quality

• Enhance the customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business

• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE (mandatory)

• Own visa holders preferred; valid UAE visa required

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager with a strong track record in sales growth

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
