Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant / lounge . Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and motivating restaurant colleagues, to deliver exceptional guest service.

Providing excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Overseeing daily restaurant operations during your shift, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining cleanliness.
Training new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback to staff members to improve their skills and service.
Ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards and health and safety regulations are followed.
Addressing guest complaints or disputes in a professional and timely manner, aiming for effective resolutions.
Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement restaurant policies, procedures, and promotional activities.


Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
