Our homemade Italian food and drinks are crafted with passion from carefully selected artisanal ingredients.
The concept is a part of Urban Italian Group (UIG) and we are a family of 350 amazing people that keeps growing, serving over 3000 guests daily across our 8 trattorias.

About You and the role

Sobre nosotros Florentine es una marca exclusiva de restaurantes de cocina informal italiana, con origen en Estocolmo, que forma parte de Urban Italian Group (UIG) - más de 500 profesionales, 14 restaurantes y 4.000 comensales diarios. En Marbella ofrecemos una experiencia gastronómica glamurosa, con ingredientes artesanales y cocina elaborada con pasión.
Tu rol
* Elaboración de platos según las recetas y estándares Florentine
* Gestión de tu partida durante el servicio
* Mise en place, recepción y conservación de producto
* Cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC)
* Trabajo en equipo en un entorno de alto volumen
Lo que buscamos Experiencia previa en cocina, preferiblemente italiana o mediterránea. Personas organizadas, con ritmo y que disfruten trabajando en equipo.

* Salario competitivo entre 2.000 EUR y 2.400 EUR bruto/mes según experiencia
