You will be responsible for all spa and fitness functions including the following:
- Oversee daily spa operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Leads and manages the spa team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
- Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and invetory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best pratice activities are planned, delievered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue growth.
- Collabrate with other departments to create integrated guest experiences and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best pratices, continually seeking opportunites for innovation and differenation.
