We are currently looking for an Assistant Revenue Manager to join our team at Wyndham Garden Muscat.

Job Summary

  • The Assistant Revenue Manager (in conjunction with the Reservations Team) will lead the day-to-day Revenue Operations.
  • Market Intelligence: Conducting competitive & demand analyses
  • Preparing room statistics and general demand factors for efficient and balanced selling .
  • Defining objectives and monitoring Hotel’s e-commerce strategies and online marketing plans.
  • Ensure completion of daily, weekly and monthly forecasts. Create and maintain a rolling demand calendar.
  • Review segments in order to establish specific market segment progress versus our goals. 
  • Provide support to all departments on the technical aspects of installation, support, maintenance, training, as well as business consulting, change management and business process redesign services, as and when required.
  • To identify and develop key resources at the hotel, and focus on conceptual, financial and technical system training to ensure the long-term sustainability of Revenue Management at the hotel.
  • To analyse the current revenue generation trends of each hotel, in order to identify critical areas for Revenue enhancement.


Education & Experience

  • A recognized business or hospitality management qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in branded Hotel as assistant revenue manager
  • Four / Five star internationally managed hotel experience is desired
  • Competency in the use of the revenue system  
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • A strong sense of commerciality and financial acumen
  • Experience working in the GCC market is a plus.
