The Villa is home to two distinctive dining experiences:
OKA’s, a modern bistro-style restaurant known for its vibrant, seasonal dishes and relaxed elegance.
Rosami, a prestigious, Michelin-starred restaurant, offering innovative, beautifully crafted tasting menus in a refined and intimate setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across two unique culinary concepts and be part of a kitchen team that values creativity, precision, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards.
- Prepare and present high-quality plates consistently.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
- Minimize waste through effective portion control and smart kitchen practices.
- Support smooth service through teamwork, flexibility, and great communication.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of new dishes and menu ideas.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
- Solid understanding of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Highly organised, even during busy service periods.
- Strong team spirit and clear communication skills.
- Passionate about food, flavour, and the art of presentation.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certification is essential.
