Together, we create memorable dining experiences for our guests at one of the most beautiful beach locations in Castricum aan the beach.
We believe a healthy work-life balance is important and are happy to work with you to create a schedule that suits your needs. Please note that our beachside restaurant can be very busy during the summer season. Therefore, you may work more hours during the summer, allowing you to enjoy additional time off during the quieter winter months.

Your Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting dishes according to our quality standards
- Maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
- Working closely with an enthusiastic kitchen team
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
- Thriving in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
What We Are Looking For
- A completed vocational culinary qualification or at least 2 years of experience in a similar kitchen role
- Ambition to develop your skills in a professional kitchen
- A strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction
- The ability to perform well under pressure
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
