OFFER THE GREATEST SERVICE TO GUESTS
• Carry out in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility, the welcoming of guests and all related tasks.
• Execute customer service tasks at the reception.
• Carry out the procedures related to the occupation and sale of the rooms (Reservations, Check In and Check Out).
• Perform tasks related to billing and collection, as well as foreign currency exchange.
• Receive and process customer complaints using the SEDAS approach (internal training approach)

Sobre ti

• Student preferably in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related fields.
• Experience with PMS Opera is a plus.
• High level of knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
• Previous professional experience in Front Desk is a plus.
