Ayurvedic Spa Therapist & Yoga Instructor

A prestigious partner hotel is currently recruiting an Ayurvedic Spa Therapist & Yoga Instructor (M/F) on a permanent contract.

The Ayurvedic Spa Therapist & Yoga Instructor is responsible for delivering personalized Ayurvedic treatments and guiding guests through yoga practices. He/she ensures a luxury wellness experience while respecting the establishment’s protocols and the expectations of a demanding international clientele.

• Perform Ayurvedic treatments according to the hotel’s standards and protocols.
• Provide personalized wellness support based on guests’ individual needs.
• Lead yoga sessions adapted to the guests’ level and expectations.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize treatment rooms and wellness areas.
• Deliver impeccable service quality and a unique guest experience.
• Advise guests on suitable treatments, wellness rituals, and holistic practices.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures.
• Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the Spa.

• Degree or certification in Ayurveda required.
• Yoga training or certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Strong expertise in traditional Ayurvedic treatments.
• Excellent presentation, service mindset, and discretion.
• Ability to build trust with an international clientele.
• Serious, professional, caring, and passionate about the wellness industry.

• Location: Marrakech, Morocco
• Contract: Permanent contract

• Working hours: 39 hours per week
• Schedule: 5 working days out of 7
• Salary: 20,000 MAD per month
