Unsere Hotels sind rund um die Uhr geöffnet, daher arbeitet die Rezeption in Früh- oder Spätschichten. In Ausnahmefällen sind auch Nachtschichten erforderlich.

Als Rezeptionist sind Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist das erste Gesicht und die letzte Erinnerung, lässt Menschen ankommen und entspannt wieder gehen. Check-ins, Check-outs, Mails und Anfragen laufen bei Dir im Front- und Backoffice reibungslos.

• Du liest zwischen den Zeilen, denkst mit und gehst einen Schritt weiter. Jeder Aufenthalt bekommt bei Dir seinen eigenen Dreh, egal ob Business-Trip oder Wochenendflucht. Wünsche erfüllst Du nicht nur, du überraschst.
• Du hast Lust, Dinge besser zu machen und entwickelst Prozesse, Abläufe und Standards weiter. Du lernst schnell, setzt sauber um und sorgst dafür, dass alles ineinandergreift, auch beim Schichtwechsel.
• Du hältst den Vibe stabil, bleibst wach im Kopf und warm im Umgang. Modern, klar, ohne Show.

Um in der Position als Rezeptionist (m/w/d) erfolgreich zu sein, solltest Du:

• Du bringst sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mit, mündlich wie schriftlich
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Gäste und schaffst Erlebnisse, die in Erinnerung bleiben
• Du arbeitest dich schnell und eigenständig in neue IT-Systeme ein
• Du kommunizierst klar, bleibst organisiert und gehst flexibel auf unterschiedliche Erwartungen ein
• Du bist motiviert, arbeitest strukturiert und fühlst dich in einem internationalen Team wohl

Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on an early (AM-PM) or late (PM-PM) shift basis. Night shifts are also available and required on occasion.

A Receptionist (m/f/d) will be responsible for:

• General reception duties in the front and back office, checking guests in and out, processing emails and guest enquiries
• Offering a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests, managing expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to personalise their needs, travel purposes, plans, etc
• Taking initiative in accommodating the customers’ needs in a resourceful manner
• Being pro-active in the learning and development of administrative tasks, procedures, processes and standards and ensure correct practice
• Ensuring that all shift tasks are carried out according to the required standard and take responsibility in providing full handovers to all relevant parties/shifts

To be successful in the role of Receptionist (m/f/d), we require:

• Speak fluent German and English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent guest engagement skills with the ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to organise yourself according to the different expectations of guests
• Organised, motivated and a team player who enjoys working in an international team
