The Role:

You're the face on the floor. The person guests remember and the team trusts.

As Outlet Manager, you'll run the show across our outlets, not from behind a desk, but out there, in it, making sure every plate, pour, and interaction hits the mark. You'll coach your team, fix problems before they become problems, and turn numbers into decisions that actually make sense.

Day to Day, You'll:

• Be the presence on the floor during service. Visible, present, plugged in
• Turn guest feedback into real fixes, fast
• Build a team that wants to show up and grow, not just clock in
• Recruit, train, and mentor people who'll outgrow their job titles
• Keep stock, safety, and hygiene tight (no drama, no shortcuts)
• Spot trends in the data and actually do something about them
• Team up with other departments so the whole resort moves as one
• Give feedback people can actually use — and help them go further

Who We're Looking For:

We're not chasing a checklist. We're chasing someone with the instincts, the drive, and the people-skills to make an island-full of outlets feel effortless.

That said, here's what usually gets you there:

• 5+ years in hotel operations or outlet/hospitality management
• A degree (or solid equivalent) in Hotel Management
• Real experience leading, hiring, and developing a team
• A head for numbers — budgets, forecasting, cost control, all of it
• The kind of communicator people trust immediately
• Cool under pressure, quick on solutions
• Comfortable with hospitality tech and POS systems
• Fluent in the language of hospitality — bonus points if that includes French, Italian, or another language on top of English
• A track record of making things better, not just keeping them running
