【岗位职责】

1、着装整洁、彬彬有礼，参加班组例会，服从上级指挥。

2、掌握客情，负责接受宾客的电话和当面预定。

3、做好餐饮前准备工作和餐后收尾工作，并做好本岗位的卫生清洁工作。

4、热情主动的迎送宾客，按照服务程序将所有用餐宾客安排就座。

5、熟悉菜单和酒水知识，掌握相应的服务技能。

6、了解酒店内一切相关知识。随机回答宾客的所有问题。

7、参加酒店和部门组织的各项培训活动。

8、做好餐厅就餐人数，桌数，等营业的统计工作，并做书面记录。

 

【岗位要求】

1、大专以上学历或同等学历，有从事酒店服务3年以上的工作经历。

2、工作认真、细致、工作态度端正，有一定的公关和社交知识。

3、有较好的语言的表达能力、讲话口齿清楚反应灵敏。

4、身体健康、仪表端庄、气质较好。
