We are offering internship opportunities for students who are passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage, and who are eager to gain hands-on experience within a high-end, luxury environment.

We are welcoming interns across a range of Food & Beverage areas, including:

• Commis Chef
• Bartenders
• Runner
• Pool Runner
• Kitchen Porter
• Commis Waiter

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey within a luxury hospitality environment. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals and gain real exposure to high-end restaurant operations, where every detail matters and every role contributes to creating memorable guest experiences.

This internship is ideal for students currently studying hospitality, culinary arts, or related fields who want to build strong foundations in the industry.

• Delivering high standards of service and/or culinary support under supervision
• Understanding luxury hospitality standards and guest experience principles
• Learning how to anticipate guest needs and contribute to personalised service
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards
• Working as part of a professional, high-performing team
• Gaining insight into pre-opening operations and service execution

• Currently studying hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field
