Talent Acquisition Executive

Are you a people-focused Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for attracting, identifying, and retaining great talent? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment strategy and ensure we attract the right people to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with departmental leaders and HR colleagues to manage the recruitment process from identifying hiring needs through to onboarding, while building a positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

• • Recruitment Strategy: Support the implementation of effective recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce requirements.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from vacancy approval and job advertising through CV screening, interviews, selection, offer, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, agree candidate profiles, and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates through a range of channels, including IHG Careers, job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, universities, schools, career events, referrals, and international recruitment initiatives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates receive a professional, timely, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our True Hospitality values.
  • Interview & Selection: Coordinate and conduct interviews as required, support hiring managers with candidate assessment, and ensure appropriate feedback is collected and documented.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen the hotel's employer brand and position the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment-related activities and support a smooth transition from selected candidate to new employee, working closely with HR and departmental teams.
  • Work Permits & Compliance: Coordinate relevant recruitment documentation and support the work permit process for international candidates in line with local requirements.
  • Recruitment Partnerships: Build effective relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, employment services, and other external partners.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor key recruitment metrics, including vacancies, time-to-fill, sources of hire, recruitment activity, and turnover.
  • Retention: Support initiatives aimed at improving employee retention, engagement, and the overall employee experience.

Skills and Experience:

• • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience within a hospitality or service environment will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
  • Proactive and creative approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider HR team.
  • A genuine interest in people, employee experience, and building strong teams.
