Kroma Hotel Brussels, a fresh new boutique design hotel in the heart of Brussels, is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the reception team and ensure a flawless guest experience, that wishes to develop their carrer in a brand new project.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage, schedule, and train the reception team (day and night shifts)
- Ensure quality of service from check-in to check-out
- Oversee reservations, the PMS system, and basic rate yield management
- Handle guest complaints with rigorous follow-up
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures (fire, CCTV, access control)
- Provide daily reporting to the General Manager
- Coordinate schedules with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance)

Sobre ti
Profile:
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in hotel front office management, ideally in a boutique/design hotel
- Strong management and communication skills
- Fluent in French / Dutch / English required
- Proficiency with a hotel PMS, preferably Mews
- Service-oriented, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive
- Idiomas requeridos: Holandés, Francés e Inglés.
