We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bellman.

Mandarin Oriental, Prague is housed within a former 14th century monastery, and it is both a five-star luxury hotel and a wonderfully preserved piece of history. Blending contemporary design with period features, we offer a truly unique hotel experience.

 

The main focus of your job will be:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is handled carefully and delivered promptly to their rooms
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

 

What we expect from you:

• Experience in a similar position in a five-star hotel environment
• Very good knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative level
• Driving licence B
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good physical fitness as the role involves lifting and carrying luggage
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
