Responsibility:
- Provides hotel guests and colleagues with first-line technical support.
- Assembles and configures network components and associated services.
- Installs and tests the necessary software and hardware.
- Establishes network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed.
- Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software, and file services.
- Upgrades network hardware and software components as required.
- Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
- Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to network resources.
- Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, server hardware and logs.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Documenting, archiving all correspondence, troubleshooting, and following up on suppliers’ visits and maintenance.
- Ensures technology assets are secured.
- Assists in disaster recovery and business continuity as it relates to technology.
- Installs, monitors, and maintains telecommunications equipment, including cabling, and provides technical guidance as needed.
- Performs adds/moves/changes/deletions.
- Supports telephony infrastructure (IP PBX) and company mobile phones.
- Troubleshoot high-speed Internet access problems.
- Maintain an asset register for all IT assets.
- Must be able to operate independently.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Flexibility in working hours: working on a rotating shift basis, Sunday to Thursday. Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
- Saudi National.
