Scope of Position
The People and Culture Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the People and Culture Department so that it embodies every aspect of the Mission and Vision of MOHG. Engaging with and supporting all activities in day-to-day operation of People and Culture function in the hotel, which includes: planning and implementing policies in recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, colleague relations, safety & health, and management organization and practices.

Education & Certificates
- Vocational Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Human Resources or
or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management or Human Resources
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience as an HR Manager or 3 years as an Assistant HRM or equivalent role
- Has worked with an HR Information System and Recruitment System
- Has knowledge of the labor law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Skills
- Able to communicate fluently in Arabic & English, verbally and in writing
- be able to learn and apply local laws effectively within a reasonable time frame
- Able to work with multicultural teams
- Able to source vendors and set criteria for services or products
- Able to communicate effectively and build professional relationships with Senior Managers
- Be a guide and coach as required
- Has an understanding of the financial requirements for the hotel
