Job Description

As Quality Assurance & Training Manager, you will be a role model for our Team Members. From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organising training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities.You will also support the Property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications

  • College degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager,  Training Manager  or similar
  • Strong communication, training and presentation skills
  • Passion for leadership
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
