Opal Palace is Toronto’s premier fine dining and banquet destination, offering an exquisite Middle Eastern–inspired culinary experience. From elegant dinner service to grand private events, we pride ourselves on precision, ambiance, and top-tier hospitality enhanced by modern tools and technology.

We are looking for professional and experienced Servers for full-time and part-time positions. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for guest service and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Familiarity with Clover POS, OpenTable, and Yelp for Business is a strong asset.

• Deliver attentive, polished service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Confidently present menu items, upsell, and suggest pairings based on guest preferences
• Accurately input orders and manage transactions using Clover POS
• Handle guest seating, reservations, and table turns via OpenTable
• Assist in maintaining Opal Palace’s reputation through guest feedback and Yelp engagement
• Follow fine dining service etiquette, including table settings, wine service, and pacing
• Support banquet and private event service with setup, coordination, and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organized service areas at all times
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow FOH staff to ensure smooth flow of operations

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
• Smart Serve certified (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of Clover POS, OpenTable, and guest feedback platforms like Yelp
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and refined customer approach
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with private events or banquets is considered an asset
