Junior chef or recently qualified with minimum chef de partie experience and qualification who can lead, is organised, has drive and wants to carve out a mountain lifestyle in Swiss ski resort. The business is seasonal and the role will start with this upcoming winter season with a strong potential of a year round contract (12 months plus 13th salary) based on performance.This candidate will on a daily basis lead and co-ordinate the operation of the kitchen, hands on mise-en-place, hands on service, ordering for the next day, planning the schedule for the next day based on work load, planning the weekly schedules, following storage and stocking protocols, maintaining the hygiene standards and some basic administration like calculating weekly hours for his team etc.
- Starting around chf 65000.00 PA
- Accommodation is not provided or included in the package. Accommodation is however available and is subsidised to make it at least 50% less than market rates. Ski in ski out.

Sobre ti
Formal cooking skills which have been applied to vibrant trendy world food kitchens. a minimum of two years of experience in a high volume world food kitchen with a proven track record as chef de partie or sous chef.
