Music Operations Specialist (Audio Visual Specialist)

About the role:




Perform all duties in the field of Audio and Video System. To set up all AV and props for event functions at the club. Carry out monitoring, checking and maintenance on AV equipment to ensure it is functioning at all times including the outlet’s system.

What you need to have:

• Extensive background in live music and Dj production
• Charismatic personality with good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and open minded
• Strong team player
• A strong command of English

What you will do:

• To aid the Director of Music and Artist Curation and Marketing Communications & Event Planning team in providing idea of AV system
• To compose the rehearsal schedule for musicians and assist them with all needs at the club
• To coordinate with visiting musicians on technical needs and create floor plans and rundown of the shows
• To handle all communications and arrangements with equipment companies for events, including logistics, transportations, and payment and oversee smooth execution.
• To check and set-up function events ensuring all AV requirements are available
• Assist in setting up and all in-house AV equipment and getting them repaired when needed
