This position will be responsible for the direction and administration of talent development functions of the Club to create a sophisticated yet whimsical employee journey for our associates. This position will be responsible for the direction and administration of talent development functions of the Club to create a sophisticated yet whimsical employee journey for our associates. What you will do:
- Take an active role in promoting the Club’s brand values and personality, ensuring that all talent development initiatives are strategically aligned with the organization’s vision, mission and values.
- Identify the training needs of the Club at the organizational, departmental and individual levels.
- Design, deliver and manage engaging training programmes that are in line with business goals and personal development.
- Create development plans for high potential associates to foster their professional growth within the Club.
- Collaborate with other Talent and Culture team members to enhance associate engagement.
What you need to have:
- Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in learning and development. Exposure in hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to create and maintain relationships with associates at all levels and of diverse backgrounds.
- A creative mindset and an empathetic approach to employee experiences.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Talent Development Assistant Manager.
