We are currently looking for an Information Technology Managerto join us.

As an Information Technology Manager, we rely on you to

• Lead the IT team to support business operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time
• Provide leadership and guidance in relation to the development and implementation of system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability and performance
• Oversee the development, maintenance, operation and support of the hotel’s hardware and software application systems
• Implement policies and procedures for architecture, security, IT standards, systems and network management
• Continuously look for opportunities to support business initiatives with new technology whenever appropriate
• Make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Information Technology
• Preferably has relevant experience with an International 5* Hotel Group
• Preferably has a degree in Information Technology or other related discipline
• Follows market trends closely and considers ways to adopt pioneering technology into the business
• Able to lead and motivate the team
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new technology trends
