We are now looking for a Vice President, Procurement who plays an integral part in the developing and driving the group-wide procurement strategies.

As our Vice President, Procurement, we will rely you to:

  • Develop the procurement strategy for the Group in achieving cost efficiency
  • Balance management strategies for cost containment with product quality, logistics and customer requirements
  • Identify and realize the cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
  • Maintain systematic, analytical and results-based method for monitoring supplier’s performance
  • Create and improve best-practice based processes.
  • Improve existing management of procurement systems by applying e-commerce strategy.
  • Manage procurement staff in (and across) sourcing, contracting, transactional purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.


We are looking for someone who is/ has:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum of 15 years of procurement with solid management experience in MNCs.
  • Deep expertise in Supply Chain Management and strong familiarization with various supply chain operation processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate, negotiate, think strategically, make decisions.
  • Ability to work at both strategic level & execute tactically as required.
  • Good command of Chinese and English both in written and verbally.
  • Work in agile, fast-paced environment and highly collaborative.
