Lecturer Information: Janet Shaner - Lecturer at EHL Graduate School Janet Shaner, who specializes in organizational design and talent management systems, has over 20 years of experience in the management education industry, including roles at institutions such as IMD, INSEAD, and Harvard, and industry experience with Champion Athletic Apparel, which brings a wealth of knowledge to her teaching. Janet has contributed to the design and implementation of EHL's mentoring program and has facilitated networking workshops both within and outside of EHL. She is also the author of "Networking: Coffee, Not Cocktails," a book that bridges science with real-world practice, helping executives achieve better results. Jose Soriano - Global Hospitality Senior Executive Jose Soriano is a results-driven management executive with over 28 years of experience in luxury hotels, branded residential, and mixed-use real estate development. His distinguished career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he served as Senior Vice President of Residential Operations until August 2023, demonstrates his leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence. During his tenure, Jose managed a portfolio of over 50 properties with an additional 50 projects under development, showcasing his ability to drive growth and operational success. Passionate about inspiring potential and purpose in others, Jose is dedicated to mentoring and developing talent within the global hospitality industry. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jose is deeply interested in wellness and mindfulness practices, embracing diverse interests such as exploring local cultures, meditation, outdoor activities, cycling, and sailing.
