Perfect your wine skills and receive a Certificate in Wine Business Management through six two-week courses at our Brig campus in the heart of the largest wine-producing region in Switzerland.

The course is comprised of six modules, each spanning two weeks:

1. Learning to Become a Taste Expert:WSET Levels 1 & 2
2. Wine and Food Pairing
3. Building a Brand and Women in Wine
4. Starting a Wine Business
5. Wine Commerce, Marketing, and Wine Tourism
6. Sustainable Sourcing. 

Modules can be taken separately, and all six modules need to be completed to earn a Certificate in Wine Business Management with accreditation from the world renowned Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).

Both programmes also benefit from the industry experience shared by our partners such as Ritz Paris and Switzerland Tourism. 

CRCS has three campuses - the historic centre of Lucerne, up in the mountains at Brig and lakeside at Le Bouveret. The Le Bouveret campus is also home to The Mosimann Collection which features a fascinating collection of rare culinary publications, photographs and menus in partnership with world-renowned Chef Anon Mosimann OBE.

As an extra bonus, Le Bouveret and Lucerne students share their campus with Culinary Arts Academy students, This offers hospitality students the opportunity to organise events and develop their hospitality skills alongside future chef entrepreneurs.
