Limpieza del material de la cocina y restaurante para mantenerlo en perfecto estado para el servicio de desayunos, restaurante, room Service, eventos y bar.

Responsbilidades y Tareas

§ Mise en place: Se encargará de la distribución del material en los espacios establecidos.

§ Participar en la realización de los procesos de limpieza, conservación de los materiales y utensilios del hotel según instrucciones recibidas por parte de su superior más próximo y basado en las buenas prácticas de manipulación de alimentos.
