• Gestionar tickets de peticiones devolución reservas autorizadas por los hoteles o call centers.

• Responder consultas de los hoteles relacionadas a prepagos de reservas online.


À propos de vous

Buscamos:

• Persona proactiva, con habilidades sociales, con motivación por aprender, muy resolutiva ante incidencias del día a día y con gran orientación al trabajo en equipo.

• Formación en Contabilidad, Administración, Turismo.

• Idiomas: castellano e inglés.

• Manejo de herramientas digitales y nuevas tecnologías: Outlook, Excel, programas de gestión.

  • Langue requise: Espagnol. Anglais est un plus
