Desde CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS precisamos incorporar RECEPCIONISTAS para trabajar en nuestros hoteles ubicados en el centro de Madrid.

Las principales tareas a desarrollar son las siguientes:

Check-in/Check-out.
Control y lectura de las llaves de las habitaciones.
Alquiler de cajas de seguridad.
Cuadre de caja y traspaso al compañero del siguiente turno.
Responsable de todo lo generado en su horario de trabajo. • Gestión de incidencias, pero no resolución.
Gestión de equipajes.
Cambios de habitaciones.
Gestión del correo.
Ventas de habitaciones.
Gestión de llamadas a centralita.
Gestión del personal de botones a su cargo.

REQUISITOS

Experiencia en posición similar.
Estudios en turismo.
Inglés alto + Otros idiomas valorables.
Orientación al cliente .
Se valorará muy positivamente aportar conocimientos SAP.

SE OFRECE

Contrato de 40h semanales.
Turnos rotativos.
Posición totalmente estable con posibilidades reales de crecimiento.

Our chain currently has 80 establishments, of which 69 are in Spain, 4 in Europe (Brussels, Porto, Berlin, and Amsterdam), 10 resorts located in the Caribbean (4 in Riviera Maya, 1 in Costa Mujeres, 2 in Punta Cana, 2 in Bayahibe, 1 in Jamaica), and one city hotel in Santo Domingo. Several new projects are also planned for the coming years.
