We are seeking professional, customer-focused, and energetic Waiters/Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage team of a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring the highest standards of service, and creating memorable moments for guests in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
- Present menus and provide detailed information regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, ingredients, and beverage lists.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Prepare and set up dining areas before service.
- Ensure tables are properly cleared, cleaned, and reset.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
- Participate in departmental training and maintain excellent product knowledge.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the resort's luxury service standards at all times.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good command of the English language.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- EU Citizenship or legal right to work in Cyprus is mandatory.
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
- Additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of wine service and upselling techniques.
- Hospitality-related qualifications or training.

- Additional payment of 20% on the monthly gross if working on the six-day Pro-rata 13th salary Pro-rata 20 days annual leave Sunday allowance – 25 % of the daily rate Daily meals during shifts Shared accommodation with a deduction of 200 euro Shuttle bus provided from accommodation to work
