Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the shopping mall, ensuring a safe, clean, efficient and customer-focused environment. The role oversees facilities, security, cleaning, contractor performance and tenant operational support while maintaining high service standards across the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the shopping mall and common areas.
- Oversee cleaning, security, maintenance and other outsourced service providers.
- Ensure all building systems and facilities are operating effectively.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and emergency procedures.
- Support tenants with operational matters and ensure adherence to mall regulations.
- Coordinate operational requirements for events and peak trading periods.
- Monitor operational budgets, service levels and contractor performance.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.

À propos de vous
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Facilities, Property or Operations Management (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years' experience in shopping malls, commercial property, hospitality or a similar environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing contractors and operational budgets.
- Good knowledge of health & safety and building operations.
