We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our multicultural kitchen brigade and ensure smooth, high-quality service for both our restaurant and banquet operations.

Specializing in Belgian cuisine with a twist, “Anna” is the perfect place to indulge in snacks and cocktails, entertain clients over breakfast or dinner, or recharge during a quick business lunch.

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in both restaurant service and banquet operations. You will ensure that dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, support smooth kitchen operations, and contribute to delivering a consistent and high-quality culinary experience to our guests—whether they are dining à la carte or attending an event. You report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and support in supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes for both the à la carte restaurant and banqueting/events in accordance with hotel standards
• Ensure the smooth running of daily kitchen operations, coordinating closely with the Chef de Cuisine and other team members
• Support mise-en-place preparation across various areas of the kitchen depending on operational needs
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in accordance with HACCP standards
• Work efficiently during service times, maintaining quality under pressure
• Supervise and support the development of Commis Chefs and interns
• Help manage stock levels, monitor waste, and assist with ordering when required

Profile

• Passionate about food and hospitality, with a hands-on and solution-driven mindset
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with exposure to both à la carte and banquet service
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Flexible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus)
