Pastry Assistant/ Chocolatiers /Bakers

Pastry Assistant-Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and handling ingredients according to established recipes and procedures
• Supporting the team in the preparation of pastries, creams, fillings and other components
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the pastry laboratory
• Following food safety, hygiene and quality standards

Chocolatiers-Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and producing chocolate-based products and confectionery
• Working with chocolate, ganaches, pralines, fillings and other chocolate components
• Assisting with tempering, moulding, coating and finishing techniques
• Ensuring consistency, precision and high-quality presentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient chocolate production area
• Collaborating with the pastry team in daily production and product development

Bakers-Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce viennoiserie and bakery products according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance and presentation across all products.
• Handle dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking processes.
• Work closely with the pastry and bakery team to ensure smooth and timely daily production.
