Stellenbeschreibung
Kreation und Umsetzung hochwertiger Dessertkonzepte für ein internationales VIP-Publikum
Einsatz bei Formula 1 Grand Prix Wochenenden im Paddock Club™
Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts-, Präsentations- und Servicestandards
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Culinary-, Operations- und Serviceteams
Offseason / Rennpause:
Tätig in einem unserer DO & CO Fine Dining Restaurants in Wien
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Patisserie oder Küche sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung als Patissier im Fine Dining, in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder im Bereich Premium-Catering
Hohes Maß an Kreativität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik und Präsentation
Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich
Wohnhaft in Wien oder Bereitschaft herzuziehen
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Teamorientierung sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

- Wir bieten einen Bruttomonatslohn von 5.500,00€, zusätzlich Extra-Vergütung für Einsätze bei F1 & Events
