Stellenbeschreibung
Kulinarische Leitung und operative Verantwortung bei internationalen Catering-Einsätzen
Einsatz bei Formel-1-Grand-Prix-Wochenenden im Paddock Club™
Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
Führung und Koordination internationaler Küchenteams
Zusammenarbeit mit Operations- und Serviceteams
Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Menüs und Food-Konzepten
Offseason / Rennpause:
- Einsatz als Sous Chef in einem unserer DO & CO Fine Dining Restaurants in Wien
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sous Chef oder Head Chef
Erfahrung in Fine Dining, gehobenem Catering oder Eventgastronomie
Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Führungskompetenz
Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Teamorientierung und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

- Wir bieten ein Bruttomonatslohn von 5.500€, zusätzlich Extra-Vergütung für Einsätze bei F1-Events
