We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at one of our hotels in Munich: Eurostars Grand Central Hotel 4*

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in leading and managing the culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment, promoting creativity and teamwork.
Supervise food preparation while ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Manage food inventory, control costs, and minimize waste to ensure efficient use of resources.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in chef positions within high‑end restaurants or luxury hotels.
Strong culinary background with in‑depth knowledge of techniques, ingredients, and gastronomic trends.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
