The Culinary Arts Trainee, under the J-1 Visa Program, will undergo comprehensive training in various aspects of culinary arts within a professional kitchen setting. The Fast Track J-1 Intern & Trainee Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State with the goal of allowing foreigners to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to train in their occupational field. Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Assist in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Learn and follow recipes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Kitchen Operations:
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
