The Culinary Arts Trainee, under the J-1 Visa Program, will undergo comprehensive training in various aspects of culinary arts within a professional kitchen setting. This program offers a hands-on learning experience aimed at developing culinary skills, creativity, and an understanding of kitchen operations in different culinary environments.

FAST TRACK PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Fast Track J-1 Intern & Trainee Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State with the goal of allowing foreigners to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to train in their occupational field. Fast Track USA by Hosco, powered by ITN & Odyssey programs can last a maximum of 12 months.

Program Fees: Pricing of the program starts at 2,765 USD and increases depending on the length of your stay and the services included in the package. Financing options are available for the participants and should be discussed during the selection process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Assist in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Learn and follow recipes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Gain proficiency in handling kitchen equipment and various cooking methods.

Kitchen Operations:
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Menu Development and Innovation:
- Collaborate with chefs to contribute ideas for menu development and special dishes.
- Learn about menu planning, ingredient selection, and the creation of culinary presentations.

Culinary Skills Enhancement:
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and culinary classes to enhance cooking techniques and culinary knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities to expand culinary skills and expertise.

Team Collaboration:
- Work alongside kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and effective communication.
- Assist in coordinating kitchen activities during service times.
